Do You Know Why We Yawn?



Yawn always synonymous with a sleepy, despite academic study had a more scientific answer to this question.

Binghamton University research team concluded that yawning has something to do with the temperature in our brain. That is, yawn serves to "cool down" our brain.

Analogues as follows: Our brain works like a computer. Well, the computer can operate efficiently when kept cool. Because that's needed components such as fans, heat sink, so that the computer does not heat up quickly and stop working.

Likewise, the brain, the heating that occurs through the activity of thinking and moving to make the temperature rise sharply in the brain. Yawning also a solution to restore a stable temperature for the activity of the brain itself.

Yawning also seems to be part of a moment of transition in the brain. Such as in the period before bed and after waking. Conditions such as multiple sclerosis (involving the thermoregulatory dysfunction), migraine and epileptic seizures are also suspected to be the cause of excessive yawning attack.

So, why is yawning so contagious?

The researchers believe, we often yawning when you see someone else yawn as the first automatic mechanism and associated with the suggestion. Studies show that contagious yawning also may be associated with a tendency toward empathy; trying to understand a touch with other people.

It is estimated, 55% of people will yawn within five minutes after seeing someone else yawn.

Interestingly, a 2007 study found that children with autism spectrum disorder does not increase the frequency of yawning after seeing a video of other people yawning. This supports the claim that yawning contagion in touch with empathic capacity.

The dangerous of drinking tea after eat





There is nothing beats the popularity of tea in Indonesia. Beverage rich in antioxidants that not only accompany us to enjoy the afternoon. It also often accompany a plate of rice when we eat.

Compared to the mineral water, tea more ordered by the people of Indonesia as a thirst-quenching. In addition to taste, tea is also known to have many benefits for our health. However it turns out, brown beverage that can be bad if taken together with the main meal.

"Should drink tea two hours after a meal between breakfast and lunch, or in between lunch and dinner, so as not to interfere with the absorption of iron in the body," explains Dwiyana.
Besides tea, other beverages can also inhibit the absorption of iron is coffee and wine. Both contain the same compound with tea. If you consume drinks it, the iron will be directly removed from the body through the feces.

Why our religion forbid us eat and drink with standing up ??


The modern science revealed that drinking with standing, make water flow caused by falling hard on the stomach and pounding basis, making saggy stomach and make digestion difficult. As constantly eating and drinking while standing can cause injury to the stomach wall. These findings explain the danger man who had been alerted by the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam in the following hadith.

Why Should Not Sleep In The Morning


There are the bad effect of sleeping in the morning :
1.      The metabolism problem.
When you  sleep in long time, your body will not do as its function. You will feel hungry in the long time and it will set in your metabolism more quickly. Then, it will make the weight go up.
2.      Languid/ sluggish
Excessive sleep will make you feel sluggish because your metabolism is still working in the 'set' night. The body takes longer to start the system and it is dud normally. If you really want to sleep a little longer, try not more than thirty minutes.
3.      Lose your productive time
Some experts consider that the morning is the most productive time because your mind is still fresh. If you sleep too long, it will end up losing a lot of productive time of day. Thus, you have to complete the work until late at night in a hurry.
4.      Disorientation
Sleeping too long makes you difficult to concentrate for long periods. Except, after waking up you directly exercise. Then, because of could not stop the brain's metabolism will make you feel hungry.
5.      Headache
Cerebrospinal fluid moves to the brain when you sleep too long. If this condition lasts for a long time, it can cause severe headaches and even cause blindness. So think again if you want to sleep longer.
